Real Estate Tower Apartment, Bergamo – 2023

We are in Tower Nembro, inside the Lago Tower Apartment, the new space created by Lago Store Bergamo. A vertical garden that will house 18 flats very close to the city of Bergamo with a view to sustainability and architecture in harmony with the environment.

A prestigious realisation curated by the Bassani Architecture studio in total synergy with the Nicoli family and Lago Store Bergamo. The aim of the project was from the outset to conceive a living space that would have a positive impact on contemporary living.

The choice of wallpapers veers towards natural elements in delicate, neutral tones to give the room uniqueness and at the same time a feeling of tranquillity and relaxation.
In the living area, the dandelion of FLUFFY in total chromatic harmony with the furnishings enriches the wall behind the large sofa. The delicate white dandelions create a minimal and elegant decoration that leaves the design of the iconic Twiggy floor lamp as the protagonist.

The sleeping area acquires depth with the BLACK FOREST wallpaper. A wide-ranging setting and neutral tones that create continuity with the natural landscape entering through the room’s large windows.

Realised as a sample unit of the new residential complex, the Lago Tower Apartment is an 80 square metre living unit with all the functionalities of a contemporary home, characterised by an airy, light design and an atmosphere of relaxation and well-being that allows the home to be experienced as a refuge and a home.
